PPC Solutions Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of BMP and includes PPC's operations in the UK and France.
BMP is part of the global Andrew Industries Group, headquartered in the UK. BMP is a worldwide manufacturer of parts for the office automation (OA) industry with production facilities and sales offices in the UK, France, USA, Mexico, Singapore and China.
The recent acquisition by BMP will enable PPC to increase its product portfolio, together with enhanced product development and technical support. It will also provide BMP with additional sales channels for its existing products, particularly in the area of remanufacturing.
Under BMP's ownership, the business has direct access to significant resources on a global basis, especially manufacturing, technical support and procurement.
